As a class project, we had to design a personal logo. I chose to redesign my author brand. Because I am a fantasy author, I wanted to convey that in my brand. My original sketch turned out to be too much. I experimented with a few ideas to keep all the central elements I had in mind and ultimately decided the best route was simplicity. I took the feedback of my classmates to heart as I worked through this project and am ultimately satisfied with the end result.
